1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document governs the relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and 58vin ("Platform", "We") in the use of all services provided through the 58vin.bar website and related applications.

By accessing this website, registering an account, or using any of the services offered by 58vin, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

2Account Eligibility & Registration

3Account Security & User Responsibilities

All activity that takes place in your account — provided there is no clear evidence of unauthorized access reported in a timely manner — is considered valid and acknowledged by you.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

58vin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via supported payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation received from the payment processor.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours for accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply based on the payment method and VIP tier.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same or equivalent payment method used for the deposit.
• 58vin does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, unless otherwise stated.

In cases where there is a discrepancy between the result displayed to the player and the records stored on 58vin's servers, the server records shall be taken as the final result. Any technical disruption — such as an internet connection issue on the player's end — does not entitle the player to cancel or replay the game.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on the platform's part.
• Bets placed while a game is in progress cannot be cancelled.

8Account Closure & Suspension

• Identity verification could not be completed within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 58vin support team via Live Chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method once verification is complete.

9Platform Limitation of Liability
